The Loire Valley is famous for its chateaux. So I decided to see as many as I can.
The first day I drove to the east.
Chambord:
The largest château in the Loire Valley, built in a renaissance style.
Cheverny:
Beautiful chateau, with around 70 hunting dogs, which are taken to hunt twice a week. I've found a short video on how they eat:
Some shots on the castle:
Blois:
An ancient town which also served as the base of operations of Joan of Arc.
