Recently I've heard about the Cape Cod model, which enables people be more effective in relating one-on-one, in groups, and in organizational settings.
The model is based on the Gestalt approach. For more info on this see: here.
Usage of the model increases awareness of what people do well and what their strengths are and helps them to also see what blocks their productivity and satisfaction.
