Japanese breakfast is great. I recognized about 6.53% of the food items being served, but of course the more interesting part is the other 93.47% which I don't. And that's amazing. We ate with a lot of local people who opted for a 7am breakfast.
Onsen tamago, lotus root stew with pork, miso soup with eggs, algae salad, old fasioned pudding, pickles, sticky okra, alfalfa, etc...
